Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. We've been coming to The Vault for years. It's hands down one of the best gems in the area. Absolutely delicious, and outstanding. Service is always on point. We came tonight for our Anniversary.

I am really impressed. We were a group of 11 very soggy motorcycle riders, arriving late for a reservation for 6. Plus 2 additional friends who drove to join us. No problem! The staff quickly assembled a couple additional tables and we were ready to eat. Emily quickly delivered piping hot house-made donuts to snack on while we waited to order. Very amuse-bouche. Then she quickly took all our orders, delivered the entrees, and gladly serviced us with separate checks. It was a lovely and enjoyable respite from what was a very wet motorcycle ride. Thank you again to Marcus and Emily. We will be back.
