We had the dragon set menu. The starters were lovely especially the oyster gyoza. The mains - honey and sesame chicken, were good but a little meh…….. just glorified chicken nuggets!! A little over done, but nice nonetheless. The ambience as always is spectacular here and the staff were lovely. Although a little annoyed that after asking for the bill, the bill was given to my son and not me!! Which ended up by him paying!! The decor is amazing……. But I feel that the menu needs a shake up to make it different from other fusion / oriental inspired eateries.

Beautiful food, incredible service, excellent price

I'm local to the area but this was my first visit to Fire & Fork and I just wish I'd gone there sooner. Even though the menu choices are a bit limited, what you get get is beautifully cooked food and presented really well. My quality sirloin steak was cooked just to my liking and all the trimmings were perfect. The service was great too. Really friendly staff and the room had a great ambience. It was very quiet on the night though, so I don't yet know how all that may change on a busier night. I hope they do get busier nights those because these guys need to stay in business. I certainly plan to go back there soon. Just a lovely meal where my high standards were met if not exceeded.

A Lovely Experience at The Crown and Sceptre! We had a wonderful meal at The Crown and Sceptre today with a party of seven. Despite a few of our group running a bit late, the staff were incredibly accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The menu offered great options for everyone, including vegetarians, and everyone found something they truly enjoyed. The food was delicious – everything from the starters to the main dishes was cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes were generous. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and efficient. A perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Highly recommend!
