The menu features their explorations of ingredients, dishes and drinks from around the world, inspired by the culinary history and diversity around us. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. This new site feels very different to St James and Covent Garden – we like to play with the design of each site! An open kitchen is front and centre, with dining counters overlooking the bar, kitchen and Bermondsey St itself. The menu is unique to Bermondsey.     An outstanding culinary experience from start to finish with first class food and wink and a wonderful ambience. The staff were perfectly attentive and engaging and we loved that Johnny delivered coffees to his kitchen team

    Wonderful experience at Pique-Nique. It feels very authentic with the menu written on a blackboard. We went for the duck which was delicious and the combo with the polento was surprising but worked. Great Baujolais wine pairing. Recommended.

    It was my 60th birthday so we thought we’d celebrate in style at Restaurant Story. It started really well. We were warmly welcomed, and the food was lovely. Unfortunately our overall experience was let down by the very strange situation with the wine. Despite the sommelier talking to us as soon as we sat down, he did not explain the wine pairings to us, and then he disappeared and when the first course arrived he had still not taken our wine order. The other wait staff were great. They apologised and got it sorted out, but it was all very strange, and not what you expect from a Michelin starred restaurant.
