The new 4,000-square-foot Lakeside Grille, with spectacular views overlooking the lake and Rocky Gap State Park, will replace Lakeside Restaurant as Rocky Gap’s premier, upscale steakhouse. Lakeside Grille’s menu, curated by Golden Entertainment Corporate Executive Chef Bradley Manchester, Executive Chef Bradley Reynolds and Senior Sous Chef Dustin Coldsmith, will feature USDA Prime selections including local and regional steaks, chops and seafood. As my son from Portland, Oregon, and my daughter up from college, I took them to bistro 11. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and my son always likes to try new places. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. We had our dinner at 6:45 PM. We had some cocktails and appetizer in our food. All was very very good. The waitress we had was superb and couldn’t ask for a better evening with my family. I would rate this 4.5 out of five stars
