The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result?     We had a fabulous time at Chives. The food is impeccably prepared. The Caesar salad is scrumptious. Our entrées were spectacular. This is our go to place in Dorr County.

    Great meal! This is our second time eating at Chop. It has been a couple years but it was just as good as we remembered. We got in town in time to get the early dinner menu which is a great value. I had the Beef Burgundy and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. A great start to our Door County weekend.

    We had a lovely dinner at LURE! It was my mother’s birthday. We had asked for a round table for 6 and that is exactly what was set up. The food was fresh (fish) and delicious! Our server was really friendly, prompt, and seemed to like her job. Everyone had a nice dinner, and the deserts were fabulous THANK YOU!
