Trani’s Dockside, is a new waterside restaurant launched by one of the port town’s best known restaurant families. The restaurant was able to hold a soft grand opening on May 16, the 98th anniversary of the opening of the original Trani’s Majestic Cafe that opened in 1925 in downtown San Pedro.

For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The food is generally good with dependable quality. In this case my wife ordered the seafood taquitos which were spicy to the extent that she couldn’t eat them. We didn’t find that the menu adequately reflected the amount of spice.

We returned to this place after a nice experience two years ago (we are not often in the neighborhood.) We weren’t disappointed. Good food in a unique, comfortable environment.

Our server Kristina R. was super cool and sweet! Our food and wine delicious and would highly recommend pretty much everything on their menu. We enjoy coming here to grab a bite prior to a show at the Alvas Showroom. This place is comfortable and makes one feel like you're with family and even if we didn't have a show to catch we would come out to San Pedro just to enjoy having a great meal here! Thank you all!
