Due to our high volume and traffic, we cannot hold tables for parties like a reservation system. We have a system called Priority Seating. This system secures a table within our restaurant, however, it does not guarantee an exact seat by time. Priority is placed on your party, and if we are on a wait, your party is placed on top of the wait list as a priority. We will seat you as fast as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact time. Went for dinner on Christmas Eve. Had reservations and was seated on time. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Delicious food and great service. The food took a little while to arrive but the server let us know and kept checking on us. Food was delicious and hot. Definitely recommend.

Our waiter Johnathon was phenomenal! We had a party of 12, anything over 6 is usually the kiss of death, and our waiter forgot nothing! Our drinks came out quickly! The apps, more drinks and entree’s all came out hot, prepared very well and tasty. I ordered the short rib bolognese, which was delicious!! We would absolutely host events at The Foundry in the future!

We arrived at 11AM and several of us had to keep coats on due to the cold air coming out of vents. It was an extremely cold day as it was.

The service and food was good. When we arrived they did not have our name on the wait list. We did get seated in less then five minutes with an apology from the person who seated us.
