   Service was amazing food was incredible overall experience second to none. Kyrie, our service attendant was the best! I know you probably hear this a lot but the young lady deserves a raise. Her personality and smile was natural and as busy as she was she took the time to ensure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed to have a wonderful evening! Hopefully I spelled her name correctly!!

   This was our first time visiting and the food was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and our waitress Lily was phenomenal.

   Very good food and menu selections. We normally dine at Ruth Chris and Maestros but decided to come back here. Exceptional comparison.

   Our server Andrew was wonderful. Bit loud inside? Live music was great & I wonder if folks were trying to talk over it?

   If you want a mediocre experience and heavy handed food, come here. My prime ribeye tasted like choice meat at best, the server didn’t bring my blue cheese topper about which I had been crystal. Clear, the green beans could be mashed into baby food with a fork. I sent them back and got the brussels sprouts, touted by our server as the best side they had; she brought deep fried, brussels sprouts, unseasoned, glazed, and greasy. The creamy mushroom topping tasted like Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup, goopy, and flavorless. The service was perfunctory at best. My soda had no syrup, even when a second class was brought. Ambience, wise, this location seems to be struggling for an identity. In the bar there was a singer, (she had a beautiful voice and was probably the best thing about the whole place) competing with the big screen TV playing football and it wasn’t happy hour. I didn’t feel like I was in a high-end steakhouse. This was my birthday dinner, what a huge disappointment . Interestingly, I received a phone call, asking for feedback on our experience. Unfortunately, on all three times that I called (during business hours) I got a voicemail. Next time I’ll just go to across the street to the Yard House and get their 40 ribeye that puts the one I had at Larsen’s to shame .

   Waste of money! First where we were seated it was incredibly noisy. I thought it was due to Mother’s Day. We were seated and immediately felt rushed then ignored and dinner was served half hazard. We ordered two appetizers , drinks and our dinner. The meal first course salads was served before we got our appetizers. We waited a long time between service. My guest’s drink arrived with the first course and one of the appetizers we ordered arrived mid dinner service. Wait staff walked by without removing plates or the menu. We ordered a tomahawk steak. Presentation was good but the meat was grisly and hard to chew. My asparagus was burned. The desert cake was under cooked and inedible. I would not waste my money or recommend going for a fine dinning experience at this Oxnard location.
