Inspired by the birthplace of the original Parisian brasseries along the Left Bank of the Seine River, Left Bank Brasserie is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie by Chef Roland Passot. Left Bank pays homage to the joie
de vivre that is synonymous with the Left Bank neighborhood in Paris. Guests are invited to step into
French culture, in a vibrant, social atmosphere that captures all the charm of traditional brasseries
and iconic alfresco dining of France. An all-day menu features authentic French cuisine utilizing
seasonal, local and organic ingredients, and consists of iconic lighter fare such as oysters, tartare and
prawns provençal, in addition to heartier classics like coq au vin and beef bourguignon. Inspired by the
Parisian-style Bar Américain, an extensive cocktail menu features classics of a bygone era, along with a
wide range of rotating taps, seasonal drafts and bottled beer, and an expertly-curated wine selection.

The food quality was fantastic last night and I prefer the slimmed down menu although I did always enjoy the Trout Almondine which is no longer served. The waitress was lovely and congratulated us on our anniversary and also helped me to use the new Vie de Vine app to redeem my coupon. There was a great jazz trio playing in the bar and they were very good, so we had a fabulous night out and will be back again soon

LBB has long been a 'go to' for us but not anymore. They've changed the menu and in doing so veered further away from French food, but more importantly, they must have different suppliers b/c the quality was not good - which when you add to higher prices made for a unsatisfactory experience. They also had live music in the bar which was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. My salmon was poorly cooked, everything was too salty and the wait staff kept coming to take plates when were still obviously eating.

It’s been a couple months since we came back. Last time food was so so, I can say kind of went downhill. Service though has always been pretty good. But yesterday was soooooo much better. Food was good. Service was also very good. It was Roberto. I watched him. He really looked around and paid attention to all his tables outside. Overall I saw an improvement. I also met one of the managers Alex. I spoke with him. He was in the kitchen. My guess was checking on all. I have been coming here since forever and since the beginning of Santana Row. I will definitely come back. It’s just a fun place to be. I had my 3 furry kids in their stroller. So we love sitting outside. Feel like Paris for sure. Keep it up Left Bank. You will get back all your regular customers to come back for sure.

Great food but the bartender didn’t quite know how to make a champagne cocktail. Instead of putting 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters the sugar cube was soaked which made the drink not very pleasant! 😣

We would highly recommend the French Dip and the French Onion Soup!!! We sat in the last booth and had a great time.

We came in for a post memorial service family brunch. We were promptly seated at our reservation time. Our server was friendly and responsive. We lingered for a while and never felt rushed. We appreciated being able to visit with each other and enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you

Hostess was very rude, had a reservation for 8 pm standard seating. She had an attitude when offering to seat us outside. Kindly said no, she then sat us down in the bar. Table was not set, so she grabbed place settings from another table and slammed the glass cups down on our table. Me and my sister felt very uncomfortable at dinner all night, but didn’t want to complain and make a fuss.

Loved the special anniversary treatment! The food and the service was good. It’s noisy in the restaurant though.

Excellent food, but the fire alarms (yes, multiple times) were really annoying. So the noise level was through the roof. Then the waiter was slow to come back and offer a doggy bag, as well as with the check.
