Very disappointed with our experience. We waited 1.5 hours for our main courses to arrive, only to find out that the kitchen had never even put in the order. While our waitress was very kind and apologized multiple times for the delay, the situation was unacceptable. Initially, they claimed the teriyaki salmon was causing the holdup, but the truth was revealed later. To try and make up for it, they gave us two additional orders of edamame, which we didn’t need since we already had appetizers. When the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. Half of it was cold, tasted like it had been defrosted, and the teriyaki steak was completely inedible. Even the broccoli was served cold. To make matters worse, the manager had already left, and the best they could offer was 10% off the bill. The meal should have been comped entirely—not because we wanted a free meal, but because the quality and service were so poor. With the crowds this place draws, it’s shocking that they’d serve frozen food that isn’t even properly prepared. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

The host were very accommodating as we adjusted the size of our group. The server was very friendly and our food was delicious. I did have two issues, I order a pomegranate martini and it took the server a while to get back to me to tell me they were out of that and everyone else got their drinks before my replacement drink came. Similarly, when she asked what I wanted to drink when the cosmo was finished. I ordered a Chandon split and she took a really really long time to come back and tell me they were out of that - had already finished my entire meal! I had wanted to have something to drink with my meal. So that is why I took a star off the service. But we love lemon grass and I will definitely go back!

Have been coming to Lemongrass for approx 10 yrs. Fried Rice dishes use to be excellent; the same order for the once/yr visit to this restaurant for the last 3 yrs have not been good. Would suggest Owner order this dish to evaluate themselves.

Wonderful Sushi, salad, soup & gyoza! Great atmosphere, bussing is quick & efficient, management is very attentive, waitress was not as attentive as could be, but she was quick to get order in. Would definitely return!

I am never disappointed at Lemongrass. When my family comes for a visit they always request dinner at Lemongrass in Delray Beach. Tonight was no exception. The food was fabulous (I wish I took pictures), the service was excellent and I love the renovation. I’ll be returning next week with more family members.
