Tenía reserva 7:30pm, se demoraron casi media hora, no se disculparon, la comida demoró en llegar, escuchábamos al barman gritando porque necesitaba ayuda…

Service was excellent. Food was fair. It was a bit salty and the desserts were fair.

We were VERY disappointed by the food. The onion soup was too sweet, the duck confit meat was too hard, the cheese fondue was more of a lukewarm, small size cheese dip, the taste of the steak was mediocre. These are some basic and common dishes that should be easy to properly make yet this expensive restaurant did so poorly in making them.

An unbelievable experience. The 7x steak was perfectly cooked, the salmon melted in your mouth and the staff was phenomenal. When the bill came, I was pleasantly surprised with the total cost. It was expensive but worth every penny. Highly recommend it. The only downside was that it was located in a hotel so it didn't have the ambience of a stand alone restaurant but everything else made up for it.

Our party of five dined at Leonora on January 2nd and had a lovely experience. The menu was varied and interesting and we all ordered different entrees. Each one was excellent, beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. The service was attentive and Jeff was helpful as we asked for recommendations on appetizers, etc. The ambiance was cozy and elegant and the noise level was fine for meaningful conversation. We will definitely be dining here again.

The wait-staff was not trained. Our entrees were brought out before they ever cleared our appetizer course plates bcse the waitress never came back to the table after she took our courses-out order - so the servers scurried back o th kitchen with our entrees where they sat for another 5-10mins before someone came to clear our plates. At one point we poured our own water refills. When my husband ordered a 3rd vodka tonic the waitress said “A THIRD ONE!?!” 🤯 I wasn’t ready to be judged by our waitress who should be eager for a bigger tab to get a bigger tip… 🙄 I was drinking rose. I got one glass, ordered a 2nd. They poured about 2oz in my glass and left the table - when I asked what was going on the waitress (who we had to flag down for any attention) said they were “looking” for more rose. When I went to the desert buffet there was a full bottle of open rose sitting with many other open bottles of wine - like the wait staff didn’t even know they were there… and who doesn’t have rose on NEW YEARS EVE!?!? There seemed to be NO ONE in charge - NO ONE knew who was on first. The girl at the front/hostess stand took our coats before we sat for dinner - no claim ticket was given - which were then “misplaced” for 15mins after we were ready to leave. 3 wait staff scurried in and out of a crammed closet by the bar for 10mins and eventually came out to ask my husband to go in and dig through the coats to find ours. My husband paid $1700 for 4 adults and 2 kids for NYE which included gratuity that was definitely not earned. The kids never even got their desert for the 3-course meal. For Vail I would have expected MUCH more. A colossal waste of money and a pretty awful New Year’s Eve experience. We will NEVER go back there. I would suggest you don’t either. While some of the food was good - it was COLD - and the overall experience ruined the whole event. So disappointed.

Booked this for NYE! I must say I was a bit disappointed . The cost was ridiculous for the value. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed and the event wasn’t well thought out. The staff was very kind but too overwhelmed for the number of guests they had. The room we were in for dinner, had a large group already seated in the back of the room when we arrived. They were very loud and disruptive and that unfortunately ruined our experience of a nice NYE dinner and even caused other patrons to ask to be moved to the other room. . The after party at the bar downstairs was a flop. The owners of the hotel, reserved one of the largest tables for their party, leaving their paid guests to mostly stand. It was overly crowded, the bar tenders were very busy and appeared overwhelmed, leaving some guests flustered trying to get drinks, I must say they were excellent though with the staff they had to work with. Great attitudes and always smiling! There was no dance floor in the bar which would have been nice as well. I paid for the meals and received a confirmation e mail that stated that myself and my guest would get free entry into the after party bar. Upon arriving at the bar, I had to produce a receipt from dinner and show the waitress my e mail confirmation to not have to pay a cover. Seemed ridiculous to not have a better system knowing who got entry and who didn’t without paying a cover charge. Maybe next time, have tickets that you receive once you pay for the meal, for people to show at the door or something. With the cost of the previous meal , having to pay a cover for the bar after party seemed ridiculous for anyone to have to pay. I would like to give a shout out to the bar tenders at the after party bar and waitress staff at Leonora they were very attentive and professional.
