Alla ricerca di un locale dove si può magiare tardi alla sera, troviamo questo bel bistro con cucina a vista e una quindicina di tavoli in un ambiente un po’ anonimo. Ci accoglie una ragazza italiana, simpatica e gentilissima che ci seguirà per tutta la cena. Il menù non è molto vasto ma ci sono piatti invitanti e, all’assaggio, molto buoni. Un buon vino al bicchiere e un conto senza sorprese. Da ricordare.

Nonostante sia scettico ad andare in ristoranti italiani all’estero ho provato in quanto anche i miei compagni di viaggio volevano cibo Italiano e con grande sorpresa ci siamo trovati benissimo ! Ottimo cibo e soprattutto grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari che sono italiani. Ristorante alla moda, pieno di gente di continuo, più fusion che peruviano, dove si mangia molto bene e, nell’attesa del tavolo (arrivato peraltro puntualissimo) si possono degustare ottimi cocktail al bar. Il menù è invitante e incentrato su ceviche e carne. I piatti sono ben preparati e di buona qualità. La scelta dei vini è più che discreta. Il servizio senza pecche, con un gentilissimo cameriere che parla anche un po’ italiano. Conto adeguato. Sicuramente consigliato.
