Meet Jimmy and Lasinda and their three children - Connor, Niko and Brittany.
Jimmy and Lasinda have lived in Highlands Ranch over the past 20 years and have built their family and their career around the restaurant industry. Lone Tree has been the melting pot of their career over the past 20 years, where Jimmy opened Bahama Breeze, Brio Tuscan Grille and was part of the management team at P.F. Chang's in Park Meadows. Lasinda served and managed at Outback Steakhouse in Highlands Ranch and is a true barista at heart, having been the GM at Nordstrom Ebar and Peaberry Coffee. Jimmy and Lasinda's combination of family values, customer service and love for food is what has kept Cranelli's thriving for years.
We welcome you to visit our cozy, family-feel restaurant and try some of their signature dishes like Lasagna, Linguine & Clams or our signature Italian Margarita to name a few. Check out our warm and quiet patio seating.

Our menu features eclectic, globally-influenced seasonal cuisine, with a focus on organic, natural and locally-sourced ingredients.

Our interior dining space has the classic vibe of a neighborhood restaurant, while our large main patio offers picturesque views of the near neighborhood and downtown skyline.

Reservations are available online at ediblebeats.com, as well as OpenTable. We happily accept walk-ins as availability allows.

Our space is available for private events year round, please inquire with us directly for information.

Please be aware we are located in a residential area, and parking is available in the near neighborhood, along with a small paid-lot located directly across the street from our location.

Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accomodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. The farmstead offers 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required and limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays at noon for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays through Sundays only. Please email us at farmdinners@blackcatboulder.com for booking private events and assistance with reservations. We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

The Perfect Landing Restaurant is known as Denver's Hidden Gem Restaurant. At The Perfect Landing Restaurant you can enjoy delicious meals from breakfast to dinner. $25 minimum per person. Dining room and Patio tables are reserved for dinner.

We may not always be able to take take-out orders, as we prioritize our seated guests. Thank you for understanding.

Kitchen closes one half hour before our doors close. Please be prompt, so that you have time to enjoy your experience with us!
