HANDSHAKE BAR spans two levels, each offering a selection of our most iconic cocktails. Both spaces provide a warm, intimate atmosphere. One level is slightly larger to better accommodate guests.

Reservation Duration:
Reservations last 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing time to enjoy our cocktails and unique ambiance.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
The maximum number of guests per reservation is six. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 MXN per additional guest is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.


Multiple reservations and combining tables from different bookings are not allowed. There is a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.

Deposits are non-refundable if you do not arrive within the grace period.

El Chef Daisuke Maeda abre su propio restaurante en su ahora segunda casa Guadalajara.

Tenemos la opción de menú a la carta a la hora de la comida (de 14:00pm a 17:00pm) y la opción de Omakase (elección del chef) en la cena con dos turnos, a las 19:00pm el primero y a las 21:00pm el segundo.
El producto más fresco y con el mejor cuidado que van a encontrar.

Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

Tostévere con una propuesta de cocina ecléctica y ambiciosa, ha ido cumpliendo expectativas altas de comensales exigentes. Algo que puede caracterizar al lugar, es la cocina “honesta”, tal cual la describe Antonio, quien realizó el menú. Porciones y precios correctos. Ticket que no destaca por barato pero que con gusto acabas pagando: productos de calidad, cocina trabajada, servicio de excelencia y calidez.
