Cucina cinese raffinata in questo elegante ristorante a Mayfair. L’ambiente è molto curato con veri tocchi di classe nei piatti che decorano il tavolo all’arrivo e nelle decorazioni alle pareti. Il menù è molto interessante e tutto fa voglia. Ottimi i prawns di antipasto e favolosa la crispy duck. C’è posto per assaggiare il maiale in agrodolce, molto buono. Vino al bicchiere con buona scelta di adeguato livello. Il servizio è molto efficiente, veloce e gentile. Solo il sommelier non è un esempio di simpatia. Cena veramente notevole e segnato come uno dei migliori ristoranti di cucina cinese tra i tanti provati.

La cucina di Heston è risorta dopo l’incendio, e si è ancora migliorata. L’antipasto di salmone è insuperabile, il polpo tenerissimo e profumato, ed il filetto una sicurezza come sempre.
