Farm-to-table and authentic New Orleans cuisine come together in the French Quarter at M bistro, where the chefs take an indigenous approach to the preparation of meats, seafood and produce from farmers in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Alabama. Three velvet-draped semi-private “Cheater’s Booths” and a private Wine Room offer additional venues for a special meal.

Our restaurant and lounge are conveniently located on the third floor lobby level of The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.

Totally opposite experience from the evening before…. Wonderful service this morning, thanks to our lovely server Aretha! Thank you! Breakfast buffet was very nice and tasted great.

Completely ignored upon entering establishment. Had to finally approach staff who had seen us waiting at host station. No apologies nor concern. Server very sweet and sincere, but not experienced nor trained to the level expected as advertised nor price point. Very disappointing overall.

Our service at the bistro was very poor… our waitress was not attentive in the least, I finally had to ask to order our meal. The food was good, but very disappointed in the service.

M it was the worst dinner I have ever had!!!! The price was exorbitant, The food was absolutely awful ! I will never go back to the Ritz Carlton again !!!!

Went for Christmas dinner. Paid $150+ each for the experience. Was supposed to include champagne and entertainment. No band. Waitress was confused about the champagne and ended up charging us. Service was slow. Never got water refills. Missing silverware - that sort of thing. Food was wonderful. Everything was delicious but I wouldn't recommend it for the cost.
