Also ordered a few items that used to be part of the meal and they were also changed Miss the old chopped salad and family style meal

                                                                                                          Our server, Stice, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. He was attentive to my request for a different sauce for my pasta, going so far as to consult with the chef. Serving portions were generous, and quality was consistent among the 3 meals our table ordered. Out tea and water were never neglected. Neither was our comfort and satisfaction. It had been a while since we had visited, but we will be back. Although I did miss the herbs in the plate of olive oil.

                                                                                                          Server seemed to be new to working this level of restaurant. They no longer serve the Italian seasoning mix with the oil for the bread. That was very disappointing since that is the main thing I was looking forward to. I had the chicken and spinach manicotti which was just ok. It seemed to be made from crapes rather than pasta. Previous experience here was much better

                                                                                                          Maggiano’s is a special place for our family. We have celebrated many landmark events here and are always overwhelmed by the hospitality that is reminiscent of a bygone era. From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are transported to a time of elegance where the experience is equally about atmosphere, service and quality of food. Our waiter Reggie was wonderful and attentive. Cocktails were served with a flourish and the food was done to perfection and beyond expectation. My husband and I dined here on Christmas Eve with our daughter and grandson. He loved the special attention he received. We will continue to look to Maggiano’s for family events and celebrations. Thank you to the owners and staff who continue to pay attention to the details that make guests feel special and the time spent in your company memorable. God’s blessings to you all and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

                                                                                                          Just felt like the service was average. We waited a long time for drink and bread refills. Had to ask for Parm cheese and pepper for our salads. The waiter was okay but it's like he was just there to do a job. Like he did not care about doing any extra or beyond like most of the time the service we get when coming here to Maggianos. I just feel like the workforce is general or people doing service for the public is laxed and they just don't care anymore. Makes you just want to stay home and prepare your own meals.
