This is a restaurant where steak is the star—where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Mahogany’s steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef, known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor. We broil it exactly the way you like it at 900 degrees to lock in the corn-fed flavor. We serve it sizzling on a heated plate so that it stays hot throughout your meal. Selections from the ocean include Australian Rock lobster and the freshest fish daily based on availability. Service will be outstanding, but provided in a casual, less intimidating fine-dining atmosphere.

This was the best steak I've ever eaten. It was cooked exactly as I requested. It was served on a heated plate to keep it hot and melted in my mouth. The service was outstanding. All the servers were knowledgeable and attentive but not bothersome. It definitely lived up to its reputation.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday. We had spcial dietary request and they handled wonderfully.

Very nice restaurant. Service was outstanding. My wife had the filet and it was very good. We ordered the au gratin potatoes and they were great. I ordered the 12 oz lobster and I was very disappointed. It was dry and tasteless. Overall it was a good dining experience but next time I’ll try the steak.

Small filet was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The strawberry crush martini was amazing.

The crab cakes were fabulous and the shrimp cocktail were huge and fresh. Great salads. Our group particularly liked the beet salad. Our steaks had great flavor but three were overcooked. All were medium or medium plus after orders of rare, rare plus, and medium rare. We cut into them and said they were overdone but would be fine. It would be so wasteful to send them back and the servers were more than willing to have them redone. Again, the flavor was still very good but I wish they had been properly cooked to order. We also had the creamed spinach which is one of my favorites….and it was very “soupy” and runny this time. We were excited to try the mushroom risotto which looked amazing. Nobody at the table had more than a bite or two because it was too salty to eat. The mushrooms were fabulous. I rarely leave a review with any complaints and ultimately the restaurant would have redone these items if we’d asked. I still will return but hope the restaurant focuses a bit more on the temp of what’s been ordered and the quality I’ve come to expect from Mahogany.
