THE MARIPOSA located on Level 3 of Neiman Marcus ALA MOANA greets you to a panoramic view of the Ala Moana Beach Park located directly across. Enjoy seating in our Dining Room, or on the Lanai.

Mariposa Restaurant boasts a spectacular ocean view and extraordinary cuisine from Executive Chef Lance Kosaka.

Find your favorite menu items plus new selections too. Open daily for Lunch: Sunday 11am - 4:30pm (last seating), Monday - Saturday 11am - 3:00pm (last seating)

Our Sunset Lounge Menu is offered Thursday 5pm -7:30pm, Friday 5pm - 7:30pm & Saturday 5pm - 7:30pm (last seating)

Enjoy a commanding view of the Friday Night Fireworks display from any seat in the Restaurant or on the Lanai.

For your convenience, please enter from the Mariposa private entrance, ocean side Mall Level of Neiman Marcus.

As my best friend was celebrating her 69th birthday I wanted to treat her to a special lunch. I booked a 1:30 reservation thinking it would be less busy and we would be able to sit on the lanai which was important to us.. When the hostess seated us she took us to a very small table in between 2 large parties inside. I told her that I had booked an outside table she told me "no you didn't" you must have made a mistake. When I said no I was sure I had booked the lanai and that's where we wanted to sit. She did the roll the eye snorting bit and said "well they are all booked". I told her that's where we wanted to sit and it sure looks pretty empty. She stormd off and later returned and took us to a lanai table. Out of curiosity I checked our opentable reservation and it did indicate an outdoor table. She later told me when I showed her my confirmation that it was likely Open Table's error. I understand things happen but her additude was so snotty and unprofessional. I can't understand why she lied about the tables being reserved. There were numerous empty tables available outside the entire time we were seated there. The food was good as was the service except the hostess. But at $100 for a couple of sandwiches and coffee and poor customer service I doubt we will be back. We are local residents and perfer to patronize establishments with Aloha and good customer service.

One of our "go-to" places for a nice lunch!! What a view from the lanai railing!! Very good food & service. Who could ask for more?!?!?
