I don’t know what’s in the recipe for the crab bisque, but it’s magical; however, there were four incidents that sullied our experience and will make us double-think choosing this restaurant for our next celebratory dinner: 1) A side of French fries was brought out and placed directly next to my wife when I was the one who ordered them. I’m not sure why Frank assumed she was the one who was going to eat the fries. 2) My wife asked for no tomatoes on her wedge salad. It was slathered in tomatoes. 3) The server LIED about knowing we were there to celebrate a very momentous moment in our lives. She made mention of it when introducing herself, yet completely forgot about the special request for dessert noted on the reservation. At first she said it was not notated, so she wasn’t aware. We reminded her that she knew all about it because she had already acknowledged it. Then she said she got busy and forgot and copped an attitude when called out on her lie. She is extremely unprofessional and is the reason we may not be back. 4) The same server asked if my wife and I wanted separate checks. I’m curious to know what she thought our relationship was as we are an obvious couple. The poor service overshadowed the taste of the food and we were incredibly let down. The check was $177 and we tipped $40. I wish I had the courage to have left nothing at all.

Excellent menu options expertly prepared and plated. Our server Eric provided professional and attentive service in a personable and unobtrusive manner. Overall excellent dining experience.

                                                                                                                We had a great experience! Ian was our waiter. He was very courteous and accommodating. We ordered two fillets came out amazing with the mashed potatoes. We didn’t like so much and he returned them and got us the cream of spinach and that was phenomenal overall 10 out of 10. Love the great experience just wasn’t crazy about the mashed potatoes

                                                                                                                Took friends of ours for the first time to Mark's. Food was fantastic and Eric our waiter did a tremendous job. His knowledge of the menu is incredible. What a great evening.
