   We absolutely recommend this restaurant. We have eaten at many awarded restaurants and this was one of the best experiences we have had. Ana was our server and she was friendly, on point with every dish and wine and spent time explaining everything. We did the 5 course and wine pairing. It was worth every penny. We will definitely be back if we ever get the opportunity!

   Absolutely delicious. One of the meals I have most enjoyed ever. Every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly presented. And the quantities were perfect.

   OMG… I have been to FOODIE HEAVEN, and came back to earth to write this review. Who would think that I would be eating at the EXACT same place where Bad Bunny ate last week. Holy cow! The entire evening was like a movie about how the perfect meal should be served. Cristina, our waitress, really knew her stuff. Each win pairing was put into context with the course we were about to have. Each course was sublime in complex flavors, and was presented like a piece of art. I wish I could post this review in smelli-vision and taste-o-rama. I can still remember the scent of truffle wafting up from my plate. This is a meal I might remember for decades.

   This restaurant came highly recommended. The accommodations was meet without hesitation. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food portion and flavor was Devine the wine selection was top tier this experience was one of the BEST I’ve yet to experience in Puerto Rica. My Bday Celebration dinner was 10 out of 10 Ramona💙

   Our 3rd time dining here and just as excellent as ever. Marmalade is a can’t-miss restaurant every time we come to PR and honestly one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. Had our 10yr old daughter with us this time, and while she is an adventurous eater, she still has a couple of strong preferences, and the restaurant was great at accommodating (e.g. she refuses to eat white beans, so they graciously allowed her to pick another starter dish as a substitute). Beautiful ambiance, inventive and exceptionally prepared dishes. Favorites included the famous white bean soup (of course!), tuna tartare, wahoo crudo, lobster risotto, rabbit garganelli, saffron linguini with clams, and the halibut. For dessert, everything we had was excellent, but the passion fruit dessert was truly unique and delicious. Service is impeccable - everyone is passionate about the food, informative, and go out of their way to ensure an amazing experience.
