BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.
Valentine’s Day @ Marmalade

To celebrate Valentine’s day Chef Peter Schintler will offer a unique multi course gastronomic tasting menu inspired by the season priced at $289.00 per seat inclusive of wine pairings. Price is per seat and applies to all guests. Marmalade does not offer a la carte and is an adult experience, we do not have high-chairs, changing tables, nor room for strollers. To meet demand the dinner will last 2 hours and 45 minutes.

We had a fantastic evening at Marmalade, what an unexpected find in Old San Juan! Our guide for the evening, Gabrielle was very knowledgeable about all our courses and the wines that Chef paired with each. The signature white bean soup was incredible, sweet pea pasta with rabbit and B3 dessert - all highly recommended! It was hard to make a bad decision. Great conversation and a really wonderful experience, thank you!

The 5 course meal and cocktails were excellent. The vibe was chill and contemporary. Staff was excellent and attentive. It was my friend's birthday and every person that served us made it a point to greet us. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in PR.

We did the Marmalade Holiday Experience and the food was to die for! The small portions were appropriate for the 5 course meal we were having and I became so full I couldn’t finish 2 of my courses although I desperately wanted to! The restaurant was very accommodating and even called ahead of time to ask for any allergies in our party and were very attentive while we were there. The only thing that would’ve made this a perfect experience would have been if they gave our bride a complimentary dessert or drink since we were celebrating her bachelorette! Amazing place!

Amazing tasting menu, wonderful service, we initially made a reservation for the bar and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had set aside a table for us. Food was amazing.

Every Michelin restaurant should be like this. They allowed you to choose your five course meal with a varied amount of options. Service was on point. Atmosphere was warm, fun, and special. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

A really superb dining experience. Every course was flawlessly executed, and the menu was very diverse and creative. Hands-down the best of the many places we have eaten in San Juan. It is expensive, but you will feel that the money was well spent.
