BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Alejandro and the whole staff could not have made this experience any better. We came in to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and every little touch and detail associated with her was incredible. From the multiple birthday wishes from the staff, to the candle and happy birthday message on the dessert, to the signed birthday card, it was superb. What really set it aside though, was the attention paid to our 10 year old son. Alejandro, upon learning that he tied his neck tie for the first time, gave him his own tie clip, and the restaurant gave him a printed certificate for best tie in the restaurant. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was incredible, every little detail was excellent. As far as the food itself is concerned, the bean soup is an absolute can’t miss! Easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. Really, not enough can be said - it is very expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case. I’d give it another star if I could - truly an unforgettable dining experience!

Simply amazing food! We did the tasting menu, and there were a tremendous amount of options. It was hard to make a decision. Every single thing we had was amazing. We are total foodies and travel all over the world. I would definitely rate the food, quality and service way up there! With that said – he only negative was that at this price point ($500 for 2 people), we would have preferred to see people dressed up a little bit more. Lots of flip-flops and women in tank tops. I know it’s Puerto Rico, but it looks like they had just walked off a cruise ship. When we travel in Miami, people really dress for dinner. I wish that was more of a thing here. It just made the whole experience a little less special. We celebrated my daughters graduation from college and they even gave her a congratulations card. It really made the night special!

Some of the best food I've ever eaten. Our servers were all incredible. Knowledgeable and efficient. Would 1000% go back.

This was hands down one of my favorite dining experiences ever. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The food was absolutely fantastic. The menu offered a unique blend of flavors, and the concept of crafting your own experience truly made it stand out. Each dish was a delightful surprise, expertly prepared and bursting with creativity. What really elevated the experience, however, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met without being intrusive. It was clear they were passionate about making the experience memorable. The level of care and attention to detail was truly remarkable, and it was worth every penny. A special touch that I appreciated was when the chef took the time to personally check in with the diners. It’s not often you see that level of dedication and warmth. It made the entire experience feel even more personal and intimate.

Fantastic experience. Food was delicious, beautifully presented, and always explained when delivered to the table. Staff stopped by the table to greet us & ensure our tasting experience was what we expected. It’s an expensive experience, but highly worth it.

This meal was the most disappointing experience of our trip. While our server was pleasant and made my husband feel special on his birthday, the food left much to be desired. Every dish was overly heavy with cream and lacked creativity—perhaps the menu is too ambitious for the kitchen to execute well. The atmosphere didn’t help; the dining room was freezing, the music was jarring (it felt like being in a mall), and the overall vibe was far from inviting. The fluke, oddly cut into awkward tough chunks, was tough to eat, and to make matters worse, a staff member accidentally spilled a plate on me. For a $500 meal, this was far from the quality and experience I expected. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Lauren DNYC, Saddened to hear you didn't enjoy your meal on the recent birthday visit. We have over a dozen menu options that are lactose free and additional vegan options which we also take great pride in. Perhaps it was our oversight not to better describe these options during the ordering process. You each selected the entire tasting menu yourselves, as we could have surely highlighted that your choices were perhaps on the opulent side. The GM had mentioned that his card was given to you with an apology and an offer for any dry cleaning as a result of a dinner fork falling into your lap upon clearing your plate. Let me know if we can assist you... You are both welcome to return as my guest to enjoy more lighter aromatic options when you are free. Peter Chef Owner
