Established in 2012, The Max Enk is a small restaurant that is located in Leipzig City. With room to seat just more than 60 guests, the staff at The Max Enk make it their top priority to ensure that all guests are receiving impeccable service and a delicious meal. The restaurant is decorated quite simply, with white walls and long harvest style tables. The Max Enk is also home to a bar that serves not only an extensive drink list but is also made out of 300-year-old oak and serves as a focal point in the restaurant's decor.

    In viaggio a Lipsia abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante attento ai produttori locali e con un’atmosfera molto piacevole .

    Speisen und Getränke haben wirklich höchstes Niveau, die Preise allerdings auch. Die Portionsggrößen allerdings kann man aber schon als mickrig ansehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Besonders angetan waren wir vom Weinangebot und der Beratung dazu. Der sehr hohe Geräuschpegel hat uns den Aufenthalt aber nicht vollends genießen lassen. Allein deshalb werden wir wohl nicht so schnell wieder kommen.

    Es war sehr köstlich, besondere Speisen, entspannte Atmosphäre und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Vor drei Wochen waren wir das erste Mal dort und wollten gern zeitnah nochmals, was dann gestern war. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

    Wirklich super leckere Gerichte (hier können wir das Pulled Beef sehr empfehlen) und ein ganz toller Service. Wir kommen wieder

    Schönes, für Nicht-Leipziger etwas verstecktes Slowfood-Lokal. Schönes, schlichtes, sehr stilvolles Ambiente mit großem Raum, in den aber Raumteiler eingebracht wurden. Gute, mit Liebe zubereitete Gerichte von toller Qualität. Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist weit von Standard entfernt. Für die Fans von Steak gibt es Dry aged, das seinen Preis hat, aber ihn absolut wert ist. Sehr günstige und gute Mittagsmenüs.

    Insgesamt ein gehobenes Preisniveau, welches gerechtfertigt wird durch die Verbindung von sehr guter Küche und professionellem Service. Wieder einmal tolle Weinempfehlungen und auch das Berücksichtigen von Sonderwünschen in der Menüfolge kein Problem.

    Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und wurden auch bei der Weinauswahl sehr gut beraten. Die Küche verwendet viele regionale Zutaten, die zu kreativen Gerichten verwandelt werden.
