Made a reservation for a pre-prom dinner. Messaged the restaurant to inform them some of the party would be late due to terrible traffic (traveling in from Fayetteville) because my daughter sat on hold for 20 minutes and no one came to the phone when she tried to call. Once seated, they waited almost an hour and a half before they were served, so didn't have a chance to eat and had to get their food to go so they wouldn't miss their prom. The waitress refused to even take their drink orders unless they were all seated at the table, so when some of them went to the bathroom, they all had to wait. Ridiculous! I wouldn't expect the service level to decline just because no adults were there to hold staff accountable, we are still paying the same prices and expect the same level of service for our children!

The food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was poor. Despite a reservation we waited an additional 15 minutes to be seated, and after waiting another 20 minutes for a server, I had to ask if one was assigned to our table. The server we had was rude and made us feel as if every request was a burden to her. I hope this was simply a bad night for service—many tables around us seemed to have a similar experience.

Very slow, inattentive service all around. Our section wasn’t crowded. Perhaps they were understaffed. It took much too long to even be acknowledged and given water. Two items we ordered weren’t put into the order system and we had to request them again. It took too long to get the check, and to have our payment collected. The food was hot and good.

Great place for food. But service was horrible our server pay more attention to her phone than tables. We order an appetizer waited 35 mins never show up order a glass of wine waited 25 mins. No sever to be found like she was avoided her tables

For a Saturday night, it wasn’t terribly busy. But the food was great and the service was even better. This is a very large open brewery with lots of character It was very enjoyable experience.
