It was all lovely and we had a delightful waitress very well educated in the menu ! I feel the cost was quite steep for what you received My plate was to have grilled asparagus - - it was NEVER SERVRD ! I was NOT going to ASK for it ! But I was shocked when I read the menu on the way out there it was stating served with grilled asparagus ! Very disappointing as the price was very high and not to serve the ENTIRE meal ?? Seriously

We had an excellent experience at McAdoo’s. We started with a drink in the bar and were called on time for our table. The service was exceptional. The grilled oysters starter were cooked perfectly and we enjoyed the Redfish Ponchartrain and the Mahi Mardi Gras very much.

Fantastic space and energy! Great seafood for a great price! The bar area is especially cool. Will come back and check out the back courtyard when it is warmer. Very friendly staff too!

What a great experience at McAdoos! Every course was wonderful the Redfish and the Mahi Mahi were standouts. Definitely will be back.

Food was great. We had the lobster bisque (an item which tends to bring us back), shrimp & oysters, one of the salmon salads, and the espresso creme Brulee. Food servings were reasonable without being skimpy or larger than necessary. I would have preferred the oysters to be less heavily breaded but still the oysters taste came through and was fine. Our only complaint was the sound level. It was 'energetic' to the point we had trouble hearing the waitress and each other--and this was intended to be a intimate dinner together.

We arrived a little earlier to our reservation but were accommodated promptly. From beginning to end, service and food were excellent and never disappoints. Thank you!!

Wait service in bar and at table were all fantastic. Hostess wasn’t the most pleasant but I’m thinking she was overwhelmed, the place was packed. We ordered calamari and oysters while in the bar, both were fantastic, plus food once we were seated was delicious. All in all, in was great.

Amazing food and even better service! From the minute we walked in, McAdoos is clean, very welcoming and the entire staff is great. The drinks were made to perfection (try their old fashion) and the food was delicious. We had the grilled oysters, salmon, shrimp and grits (amazing), and cheesecake. If you want a nice night out, it’s a great spot.
