We’ve been dining here for several years now. The menu hasn’t changed and they rarely have specials. Today I was disappointed to learn about the special AFTER my meal, when I heard our waitress telling it to the newly seated table next to us. I was so bummed! I would’ve ordered it if I had known about it, because I’ve become bored with the menu. (The only reason we were there is because our son wanted to eat there while he was home from college.) I’ll remember to ask about any specials next time I’m there.

Excellent, fresh food with a Texas style friendly service. Prices…shrimp Brochette, second shrimp dish, northern dozen oysters, fresh bread and butter, 2 double Crowns on ice cream, 1 glass of red wine. $166. Can’t beat it. And when you leave a review line this, they will probably comp your next meal. Worth a shot. All seriousness… e of the best experiences.

Our waiter was great, Mario. The food was very good as well. Food arrived timely. Was glad they had grilled option for my young child.

Everything was great, except our table. It was immediately adjacent to the service entrance to the kitchen. I got bumped one too many times and decided to move to the other side of the table to sit next to my husband. I guess I could have asked to be moved, but we had already ordered and I dint want to cause problems.

Our soup and appetizer took a very long time to come out and appetizer tasted frozen out of a box. Service was disjointed and even though we had reservations our table was right outside of the kitchen with lots of traffics and too loud to hold a conversation.

Food was very good! Had the lobster bisque and salmon salad. Went with my parents and husband for a shared anniversary celebration and the staff was super nice. Gave us a dessert that was unexpected. I have food allergies and they accommodated me cheerfully which was very nice for a change! We will be back.
