   Everyone can wait and try to walk in the other places on Oxford Square, but McEwans is EXCELLENT. The filets are perfect, seas bass, duck and even vodka pasta completely fresh and proportioned exactly. It’s a pleasure. What a great place.

   It was a busy night and very clear they were churning through tables. Our appetizer was clearly sitting under the heat lamps before we even ordered it, arriving seconds after we ordered. We heard the server tell the next table that their steaks would take a while because they had to be made, while our meals came out way too quickly, my salad had clearly been dressed a while ago. I get that it’s busy in Oxford, but feeling like they can’t wait to get rid of you never makes for a pleasant dinner.

   Food and services were overall great except for the home made potato chips which were not crisp at all. Maybe they were not supposed to be however, I do believe that they were supposed to be crisp. The crazy thing is they still tasted really good but I did not finish eating them.
