Meat Market a sexier, more glamorous take on the traditional steak house. The menu will be a dynamic offering of what"s great now; reflecting cuts of meat, delicate seafood and produce available and offered on a daily, weekly or seasonal basis under the acute supervision of acclaimed executive chef, Sean Brasel.
The Stellar Management and owners of Meat Market south beach,TOUCH catering and GLAtt Kosher touch Catering will bring you this new fine dining destination which will feature a crudo bar serving fresh ceviches and an adjacent bar that will mix unique, handmade cocktails. Outside, a combination of lounges and table service will offer different dining option. The sensual main dining room will welcome guests with luxurious finishes and an airy, light feeling-leaving behind the preconceptions of traditional steakhouses and embracing all that south beach epitomizes.                                       Everything was absolutely excellent. Our drinks were handcrafted.  Everyone at the table ordered steak and the steaks were absolutely divine. We ordered the side butters. Everybody chose a different one. We also had appetizers which were all excellent including the oysters and foie gras. Have to say the experience was outstanding.

                                      Prices are on the high-end side but definitely worth dining here because of their delicious food and always excellent service from bartenders and servers.

                                      My second time dining here and it was not as good as the first. The oyster Rockefeller came out lukewarm/ cold. I didn’t enjoy my drink and sent it back and saw it wasn’t taken off the bill. We also weren’t offered the corn appetizer or bread like all the other tables until we asked the waiter well into our dinner. The food was average at best. Also very loud and tight seating.

                                      Food was good ,service was ok, this place is ridiculously loud and there are far to many tables pushed way to close together.we bumped elbows and were bumped all night by adjacent tables and servers. On top of that the tables are far too small. All night the servers were constantly touching our glasses silverware etc and moving them to put food down. This is disgusting. I definitely won’t return.

                                      Huge waste of time and money. Ruined my girlfriend’s birthday tonight. This experience made me question why I even go to restaurants when I can cook much better quality food myself at a significantly lower price. Do not go here unless it’s for the ambiance which even isn’t that good. Stick to Morton’s or Ruth Chris. Steak was undercooked then overcooked once sent back, and also took like an hour to come out after appetizers, all of which came out at once so they got cold. Please avoid.
