The Mercury Chophouse incorporates a relaxed New York City style ambiance with a unique fine dining experience . We offer Allen Brothers Prime Steaks as well as Fresh and Savory Seafood options. Our exemplary service and delicate touch at every table creates a wonderfully beautiful dining experience. We also offer exclusive private dining; perfect for business meetings, gatherings, or cocktail hours. The Mercury Underground has it's own bar and can host from 20 to 100 people comfortably.

                                                                                      Wonderful atmosphere. I had a smoked old fashioned to start and it was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye, which was excellent. I had the short rib with polenta and it was wonderful. Overall a great experience.

                                                                                      The NY Strip steak I got was not up to the standards of an upscale steakhouse. There was a layer of silver skin in my steak that I had to cut out. My son's short ribs were better, as was my daughters salmon. The desserts were better, but the service was slow. I found the Mercury Chophose to be a disappointment overall.

                                                                                      We had not been to the Mercury Chop House since they moved from their original space in downtown Fort and should have never waited so long to return. The casual and unique space was the perfect setting for a perfectly prepared meal for two that included a tuna starter, Filet Oscar, Rack of Lamb, and Tiramisu. Also perfectly prepared cocktails and a delicious wine and server by a friendly and professional staff.

                                                                                      Excellent service and a delicious meal, to say the least. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and our sides were very good. We highly recommend it, hands down. It's one of the best steakhouses in Fort Worth!

                                                                                      Dated ambiance and not very busy at 7:00 tells me everything. Food was ok, nothing special and not worth the price. Would rather pay slightly more for capital or another steakhouse nearby.

                                                                                      We went for our anniversary dinner and ordered off the restaurant week menu. The food was delightful, and the service was superb. Mike took very good care of us. He was available when we needed him but not hovering over us. Even though dessert was included in the set price menu, Mike served us a special anniversary dessert of strawberry shortcake that we devoured. Overall, we had a great experience and the food was excellent.
