Our welcoming, relaxed atmosphere will ensure you and your guests have an experience to treasure. Our food is locally sourced, wherever possible, to give you a taste of the real Norfolk. Our Chefs passionately prepare each of our dishes to really make Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar a unique restaurant, any special requests are happily accommodated. Enticing, seasonal menus will ensure all of our guests leave us wanting more. Originally from Lake Como, Italy, Alex Tranquillo is looking forward to personally welcoming you and your guests to Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar. His love for catering will ensure you are looked after from the moment you walk in, until the minute you leave.

    All of our dining will be either 6.30 or 7.00pm starts, unfortunately we will not be able to offer any later tables.
    Our Adult only fine dining restaurant has been awarded two rosettes by the AA for the quality of our food.
    We aim to host the majority of our summer and early autumn dining, alfresco in our newly built under cover outside dining experience in the garden. IMPORTANT ! when booking during this period please note, dining maybe inside or outside and will be weather dependent and whilst we understand that some of you may book with us to experience the outside booths, on the night should the weather becomes extreme, we unfortunately may need to move the dining experience inside. .
