   Within a beautiful Subiaco heritage building, a new neighbourhood wine bar has entered the scene on Hay Street. In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop.
   With the appointment of Nick Young as Head Chef, Lums offers a brand new, vino-friendly food offering.
   Nick’s resume boasts a wonderful mix of fine dining and funky neighbourhood eateries including Wildflower, Must, Bivouac and Lallah Rookh.
