                                                              I wanted to share my experience from our Valentine’s dinner at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired and truly impacted our evening. From the start, the servers seemed unprepared and didn’t come to take our order in a timely manner. When our starters arrived, I realized we hadn’t been given napkins and had to ask for them. I was also given a dirty plate, which was quite off-putting. My husband’s main course arrived cold, and we had to request a replacement, which meant I had to eat alone while waiting for his food to be redone. To make matters worse, just five minutes after I finally started eating, a server came over to ask if I was still eating, making the whole experience feel rushed and unwelcoming. While the food itself was okay, it wasn’t exceptional enough to make up for the poor service. Overall, our Valentine’s dinner, which should have been special, turned into a frustrating experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service for future guests.

                                                              We found the food disappointing and overpriced. While the service was nice overall it wasn’t worth it. We won’t be returning.

                                                              Good but a little off. The meatballs and polenta were excellent. The Caesar Salad was sweet. Yes, sweet! The mushroom pasta excellent. The pork chop had too many fatty parts but the taste was good. Nice atmosphere, wonderful servers, pleasant place.

                                                              What a great dining experience last nite. Both our apps were delicious - the burrata special and the charred octopus. The scallops were unbelievable. Perfect little crunch on the outside. The vegetables were quite tasty. The venison was exquisite. Perfect medium rare. My compliments to the chef! The Caribbean banana dessert was very good indeed. Service was excellent. Julie was pleasantly engaging and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great dining experience!
