Checked this place out on a friends recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice hostess let me change tables because I was under an AC vent and was very chilly. Enjoyed some extremely fatty tuna and yellowtail belly from my server’s choices and the fresh yellowtail appetizer blew my mind! Will be back.

As a first time guest, I chose here from a friend's recommendation. My wife and I had a great time. fast service, knowledgeable server, eye catching displays of the food, and it tasted as good as it looked. I will be returning.

From the moment we walked into the door, the service was extremely poor. We made a reservation for 8pm and the host told us that we’d have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table because they cannot “force people to get up” although they have an hour and a half time limit on tables. There were seats open at the sushi bar and we asked if we could sit there, but they said it was reserved. We expressed that we were on a time limit ourselves because we had plans after dinner so we asked for the manager and he said that he cannot “make a table appear out of thin air” ….. our party was so shocked at his rudeness that we did not even respond and while we were still going back and forth with the manager about the way he was speaking to us, a table opened up for us. The food was great and our server was nice as well, but our experience was not so great because of the manager we spoke with. We do believe he realized his wrong doings because our first round of drinks was comped, but the damage was unfortunately already done and we won’t be returning to this establishment.

Excellent sushi restaurant. Tables are a little too close together which makes for a slightly noisy experience. Staff are great.

Great Valentine’s Day experience. The salmon truffle appetizer was a standout. We loved the service from Soca (may not have spelled that right) and Jennifer at the bar. Thank you!

We came to MF sushi for Valentine’s Day and the food was absolutely incredible. The wait staff were on the ball and the drinks were just right. Overall, a fantastic valentines date night.

We have been going to MF Sushi for a while as it has been one of our favorite places to go for sushi in Atlanta. Unfortunately, we have seen a slow decline over the last year +.
