Waited at least 50 minutes for a shared app to come out. When it did finally arrive, an allergen that was clearly requested to be omitted was on the dish. When this was pointed out to the server she said that it was impossible, yet clear as day the seeds were on the dish. Sent it back to the kitchen, we were then advised that it wasn’t possible to make the dish without the allergen. Manager came by and said he also didn’t know it wasn’t possible…anyway manager told us the dish would be removed from the bill as well as a little extra off the top, which never materialized. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to pay for what we ordered and didn’t need any additional discounts, but don’t offer unless you plan on following through. There is a clear lack of training at this property and an absolute breakdown of communication. Corporate should send someone in to shake things straight.

There was a wait to sit down even though it was pretty empty. When we sat down. We waited 25 minutes before someone came to us. My husband had to go to the bar to get someone. Ridiculous. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. A server finally came and said he didn’t know we were seated here. I ordered all the food at once because everything else took long. The food was alright. Drinks ok also. I wouldn’t recommend.

The service was incredibly slow. We were a party of two (one a child) and only ordered a main course, yet the meal took 1.5 hours. The view is great though.

Good food, extremely slow service. The restaurant wasn't that busy and I found it slow, 15 minutes for drink order to come back. Food was very good.

Our waiter was extremely rude My husband ordered a steak sandwich and was brought salmon When he told the waiter that wasn’t what he ordered, the waiter wanted to argue with him and started questioning him. The manager had to come over and take over. We will not go back to this restaurant however, the manager did make up for it.
