   The MI service was welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Our waiter was thoroughly professional and attended to our requests promptly. Much appreciated. Grateful for table location also.

   The ambiance is gorgeous and that's why we wanted to take out-of-town family there. We love the history of the Mission Inn and wanted to show it off, but the main restaurant in the stunning Spanish patio falls very short of stellar. Two small chicken meatballs for $17 is ridiculous, as is $24 for two small crabcakes! The food is overpriced and completely forgettable. The restaurant was understaffed and our waiter was visually stressed. We had to wave him down twice – to place our order and to pay for it. We have had very good food at the other hotel restaurant offerings but the main restaurant desperately needs to step up its game.

   Great food. Beautiful place. Service was ok. They were very busy, but I was given the wrong dressing for my salad and no one ever came back to the table to check if we needed anything once our food was served. The hostess with the red hair was awesome. She was super nice.

   The food was just okay. The quality could have been better for the price. Presentation was lackluster as well. The dessert was disappointing. The apple turnover was small and lacked filling. It was obviously purchased frozen and heated to be served at whatever point it was ordered. I’ve had pop tarts with more filling.

    Everyone was very accommodating except for our waitress. We had to ask 3 people for extra salad dressing and sauce. Finally the 3rd person, another waiter was able to help us quickly.
