My partner and I have been going to model milk for over 10 years, and sad to say last night‘s dinner was just meh. Portion sizes are getting noticeably smaller and the menu is not adventurous and exciting the way it once was. Same old, same old. The fry bread tasted like something from Stampede and the oysters were super overpriced given how tiny they were. We’ll take a break for a bit and check out more upscale places. Model Milk is just not interesting anymore.

We truly appreciate your business over the past 10 years, but I'm saddened to hear that your experience with us on Saturday was not up to the standards that you've come to expect from us. I have relayed your feedback to our chefs so that they may have the opportunity to look over some of our offerings so that we can continue to provide value. Finally, I'd like to invite you back at a time when we do a seasonal menu change - we'd love this kind of feedback at that time to ensure we continuing to hit the high bar we have set for ourselves. The service was exceptional and the food was to die for. If you have the extra cash to spend on a luxurious dinner I highly recommend you choose model milk as your spot!

We had a lovely evening! The food as amazing and our server Madison was fantastic! She made great recommendations for gluten aware options and cocktails! The quality of the food was well aligned with the price. We will definitely be back.
