The Mystic Fish Seafood Grill and Bar has been rated among Tampa Bay Top 30 Restaurants since opening in 2001. Offering affordable, casual, Florida dining at its best. Mystic fish serves some of the freshest and most creative seafood dishes as well as bison, duck, beef and nightly specials. You may choose your favorite wine from the stellar wine list or enjoy their generous cocktails from their full liquor bar. A grand selection of homemade desserts along with espresso and cappuccino will be a delightful way to finishing off your dining experience. A stylish decor of film sculptures abalone shells and custom fish tanks is the backdrop for a special relaxing evening. Located one mile East of US 19, just five minutes from Salamander Innsbrook Golf Resort. When down at the beach please visit our sister restaurants, Guppys and E&E Stakeout Grill.

                        I’ve been eating at Mystic Fish for years. Normally it’s very consistent and the food is very good. Last night I ordered the NY strip steak for $40 which was on the specials menu. I ordered medium rare— it was medium and too well cooked for my taste. Plus from the first bite I had to spit out gristle. A friend at our table ordered the same thing and it was not cooked as ordered and also tough. I told the waiter but he did nothing. Very disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. I’m sorry I tipped the waiter 20% and if and when I return I will definitely be more vocal when I’m served an inedible piece of meat. Shame on you, Mystic Fish. I don’t get out often due to mobility issues so it was a very unhappy evening as far as the food I got. I did enjoy the lobster bisque but that didn’t make up for my entree. Janet S

                        This was a first time here. Food was good service by Joe was excellant However the seating was tight. There was a 2 topper next to our booth. They were so close they were almost a part of the booth. I felt bad for them

                        We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation and were seated promptly. Our dining friends had already been seated and were enjoying a glass of wine. Our server took our drink order (Sidecars) and gave us a few minutes to choose our dinner. My Grouper and my wife's Bouillabaisse were excellent. Noise level was a bit high but table dividers helped to reduce the noise in this very busy, popular restaurant. Plenty of parking and friendly clientele made for an enjoyable evening.

                        Scallops were fantastic. Mashed potatoes were warm not hot, short ribs were a bit too salty. Desserts very nice.

                        Always visit Mystic Fish when traveling back to Florida after moving back home. It never disappoints. From apps to desserts and all that's in-between. You will never leave there unhappy. The bison filet is my go-to as you can't find that anywhere else. Will always find a way to visit when returning to Florida.
