Widely recognized as the premier barbecue spot in Long Beach, Naples Rib Co. offers their signature Baby Back Ribs, St. Louis Ribs, & Beef Ribs. They also serve Slow Roasted Tri-Tip, Prime Rib, Steaks, Shrimp, Fish and innovative Salads. The main dining room consists of mostly cozy booths. The bar has 3 TV's tuned to local sports with 7 seats at the bar counter top and 7 tables. We accommodate large parties in out Banquet Room which can seat anywhere from 6 to 50 guests and is perfect for family celebrations. We have a 15 minute grace period on all reservations. We are local and support quite frequently but things have changed lately. Ordered our appetizer and it never came, took around 25-30 minutes to receive our meal and it was cold. I hope they get things back on track as this was the worst service we have ever received there. Not sure if they were understaffed or new servers but needs to get corrected soon before we would return again and love to support local businesses. Probably have been going there frequently for the past 8-9 years living in the Belmont Shores area so saddened by our latest couple of experiences.

Food (prime rib, filet mignon) wasn't as good as in the past, perhaps because two of the entrees were overcooked - way beyond medium rare. Server didn't care - just said it would take a while if we sent it back. It did. Sliders were good and overall, food was good - just not as up to par as in the past.

Best BBQ around! Especially the baby back ribs. We had a basket of them along with the Combo platter. Everything was great! And there were some leftovers for tomorrow!

We have been celebrating 2 birthdays at Naples Rib Co for about 15 years. This year was a problem from the start. We were seated 45 min late. Then it took another 30 min to get our food. Ok so it was busy I get that. The food was as always very good and so was the service. We had a party of 5 and the fifth person had so sit on a metal very uncomfortable chair. This was difficult for our older diner. Then at the conclusion of the meal we did not get the usual hot towel to remove the sticky BQ sause from our hands. I asked why and was told that they were too busy to roll the towels. Sorry you were busy but you can us packaged wipes that were full of chemicals. I like those towels. Not a great night out this time. Will rethink the next visit for the 2nd birthday coming up in March 2025.

They were very busy. They have no place to wait while you’re waiting for your table. The waitress was very nice, but we saw little of her because I think she was spread very thin between other tables. The food was lukewarm when it arrived at the table the ribs we had were very tasty, although not hot. The coleslaw seemed off, but I didn’t see the waitress to be able to ask her about that until the end although they did give me a macaroni and cheese to go to make up for it. Overall I think they were just dealing with a lot of people at the same time and if they can get that down, the experience will be five stars because the food overall is good.
