We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews.     My steak was sadly overcooked. I wish I had thought, since it was a $98 steak, to say something. The Brussels sprouts were good, but I was expecting better for Gordon Ramsay. The service was phenomenal and a great place to go for a birthday.

    Not crowded at all on Friday midday. Had an allergy menu ready to share with us. QR code lets you order drinks and food at your own pace and without having to wait for servers. We were checked on many times… since there wasn’t a lot of customers, but a lot of staff. We had meat and cheese board, pretzel and sausage roll. Meat & cheese board was just ok. Others were great. Drinks were awesome- Baltimore blonde and lemon raspberry experimental one were our favs.

    Our favorite restaurant in Catonsville. The drinks are amazing (smoky old fashion), the food delicious and generous portions - we had the wedge salad and amazing arctic char with savory green beans and nice cheesy risotto. But best of all was our server - he’s a real pro. Makes everyone feel special and appreciated.
