The service is always outstanding. Food is absolutely delicious with a great variety of delicious selection of meats. We have been going there since they opened in 2006.

We had a great time here! We decided last minute to get an early dinner reservation, and it did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal as was the service. It's a restaurant in a hotel so it's somewhat limited in the ambience hence why I gave that specific rating a 4/5. Only recommendation, and this is I have seen at most restaurants around Denver, is why is a mocktail $15, almost the same price as a cocktail? I would expect a mocktail to be $7-$8.
