How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     Reservation was for Christmas Eve and it was very delightful. They presented a smaller menu but enough variety to easily make choices. We shared their charcuterie board which was excellent. I asked for a particular wine which they didn’t have, but the server was knowledgeable and suggested an equal substitute. For main entree, I had Dover Sole. Nice presentation and although a little lemony, it was still delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, especially during the day when you can enjoy the view of the lake. Highly recommend!

    We had the honor of being served by Juan Carlos and Verónica. Their service was excellent! Juan Carlos made some notable recommendations. The food was prepared perfect. Not only did it look delicious it tasted delicious. I’ll be back.

    We came here for dinner prior to seeing the Nutcracker at smith center. Cheryl, our server was attentive and fabulous. Food was delicious and prepared perfectly. I had the steak Diane which was prepared table side by Cheryl. It was amazing. My bf got the halibut and it was seared with perfection. Everything was great!! Absolutely will return.
