Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair. Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside!     Great menu even for the non-sushi eaters in your party. Good drink selection for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Kids menu is great.

    If you go be sure to ask for Trevor as your server. He is top shelf. I didn’t love the chicken tinga but the rest of our party enjoyed their food choices. They had a Chilean sea bass special and it was outstanding. Cool vibe, decent prices.

    Such a gem!! We found Public House on the Open Table app and decided to give it a try. It’s literally the best food we have ever eaten in Durango! A must visit for people who love good food and cocktails as well. Also, the prices were nice 😊 We will be going back often.

    Starting by the entrance to the table, the service was superb and the food was VERY Delizioso! We went for our 8th anniversary dinner and they made our night memorable with everything ( excellent service, magnificent food and drinks). Finishing our night with cannoli was a sweet dream night☺️ Thank you so so much!
