Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. Reservations are strongly recommended. Our full service bar has 14 seats and accommodates walk-in's on a first come, first served basis. While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals before your reservation will be canceled. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. You are beholden to your party size, your party size (unless circumstances allow) cannot be adjusted. We ask that you do not make multiple reservations with the intent to be seated together. We do our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner, please be mindful of your dining time with us. Reservations are available 42 days in advance at 12:00am PST. Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline. Since reopening in November 2021, the Steam Plant has partnered with Grain Shed Brewing whose beers are made with regionally sourced ingredients. The bar and dinner menus have been updated to showcase local favorites. Prices range from $11 - 16 for shareable appetizers, soups & salads, handhelds, and pizza; entries range from $18 - 38; and desserts range from $9 - 19 for the Steam Plant Shareable that feeds 4-6 people.

Great meal. Flank steak for Sheri, salmon and clams for me. Everything, including bacon and blue salad, was terrific. Alexandra was the perfect server. Wine was excellent!

Twigg's is a full service 5-star restaurant. The food is outstanding in taste and appearance and the portion sizes make sense. The prices are about the same as for other similar quality restaurants and becomes a great deal when you sign up for the rewards program. The service is outstanding, and staff seems happy. This is a well-managed place. We come here to have a great meal and a relaxing time.

Lunch was superb. Great view of the river from our table. The Clam Chowder was exemplary. Lots of clams, very few potatoes. Just the opposite of how most restaurants prepare it now days. The Point Reyes Blue Cheese salad was excellent and the serving of fresh baked focaccia was a very nice addition. Service by Jordanne was very good. We would go back to Clink's in a heartbeat!

The best place to celebrate any occasion. We celebrated a birthday and the servers made us feel so special. So many special touches from a complimentary champagne toast to bringing out our cake for us. The atmosphere is the best in town and this restaurant can do no wrong. 10/10 recommend.
