Our food is procured locally as much as possible, and our culinary mantra is to buy good products and treat them with respect. This mantra is also reflected in our service model. We aren’t a stuffy “fine dining” restaurant, and we want all our guests to feel comfortable and spoiled when dining with us.

The Arch does this through the jazz that is played softly in the background, as well as the warm table lamps that illuminate each table. The seats closest to the windows overlook The Arch's garden, where the kitchen staff hand picks the herbs needed for various dishes.     As usual, our recent Friday night dinner at Tilly's Table was excellent. We arrived at 5 p.m. and were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress came by and knew exactly which wine I would order. She brought over a small light which made our window seat much brighter. When it was time to order she joked with us, "The usual?" For me, yes. For my husband, no. He branched out to try another choice. The only problem we encountered was the table for two was hardly large enough to hold the large - and full - dinner and salad plates. We always have enough left on our plates to take home because of their enormous servings. So, actually, dinner at Tilly's is dinner a two-dinner affair.

    Food and service both were fantastic Innovative and delicious food. Our group tried many different appetizers and main dishes and all were great. Service was very good. Our waiter Ari was attentive and informative without being at all overbearing This is our 5th or 6th meal here and it’s always great meal

    The arch is a wonderful restaurant, especially if you have a special occasion. The service, the ambience, and the delicious food all make for a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher than outstanding.
