Amazing! We made a dinner reservation for Valentine’s Day and we had to wait around 30 mins but they gave us a free appetizer to apologize for the delay! Amazing service and great food!

We had a reservation at 7:00pm. After arriving at 6:50pm, we were told to have a drink at the bar and we’d be seated shortly. We had to wait until 7:55pm to be seated. We visited the maitre d’ multiple times and were consistently told our table was “just finishing” despite other parties coming in and being seated immediately. Memo, our server, was pleasant and helpful through our meal and assured us that they’d comp a few appetizers to honor our hour wait. The food starters and main were okay - the coveted meatballs and voodoo sauce were good but not astounding and the tempura asparagus is certainly crunchy but not exactly earth shattering. Our mains were “ho hum”. We ventured away from the staples (pork chop, delmonico, veal schnitzel) so perhaps it’s best to stay within the usual bounds. We felt awkward and had to remind Memo that the manager put the order of apps in on his behalf and asked them to be removed from the bill. He apologized and the manager returned 15 minutes later with a revised tab. Unfortunately during this process they discarded our requested to go leftovers and dessert. With all of the restaurant talent coming to Dallas and the greater Metroplex it’s a shame NS can’t seem to pack the old punch it did in its first decade and perhaps just before COVID. The “luster” seems limited to a few selections and (let’s be honest) its location. The management, service, and other elements seem like they could use a nice refresh, especially for the price.

This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in we knew the evening was going to be great. The GM Oliver was outstanding and our waiter, Nemo, made our meal extra special. We will definitely go back. Everything was amazing!!

Waited for 25 minutes past my reservation time. They were out of the Saturday special menu item, they were out of the chicken parmigiana, they were out of one of the fish specials. I ordered the scallops and they were small (not the same as previous visits) and were poorly cooked. Overall a dismal experience.

We eat here fairly frequently & always enjoy the food. The service has always been excellent. My favorite appetizer is the fried asparagus! Yum.
