Lucy's is modern neighborhood restaurant and tavern located in Adams Village in Boston's Historic Dorchester. Lucy's name pays homage to Lucy Stone, who was a pioneer in woman's rights and a Dorchester resident. Our menu consists of fresh, local cuisine focusing on an elevated comfort food and barbecue. We focus on hearty New England fare, ode to Southern cooking, awesome burgers and globally influenced dishes. We feature a full bar with 27 draught beers with a focus on local Craft breweries. We offer wine on tap as well as a thoughtful glass and bottle program. Our cocktails change seasonally with fresh, local ingredients and support local Craft distillers when possible. We also feature over 40 different whiskeys. Open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch our guests can expect a warm and inviting atmosphere with a hospitality driven experience.

“I wanted to do a place with good Italian comfort food. The simplicity of it, the freshness of it, the quality of ingredients that you get to work with.” They specialize in that quintessential Italian comfort food – pizza. “I think it’s great that the city of Boston is turning around and starting to become known for pizza like the other big cities in the country,” he said. “It is such a simple food but it all comes down to the quality of ingredients.” It’s all done out of an open kitchen where the star of the show is Molinari’s wood burning oven.

At Yellow Door Taqueria, we are serving up traditional & contemporary Mexican cuisine with a New England Spin. Our traditional tacos each have an individual twist and they're all served on the tortillas we make fresh every morning. We offer a full bar and have a stacked drink menu including several different kinds of Margaritas, an extensive tequila, and mezcal list, as well as carefully craft cocktails. This is our original location which lives in the heart of Lower Mills, Dorchester. We are right in between our two sister restaurants Lower Mills Tavern and Madre Osteria & Bar - Perfect spots to grab a drink before or after your reservation!
Our second location resides in Boston's South End at the InkBlock apartment community.
We are open 7 days a week for dinner & for brunch on the weekends!

Formally an old school Irish pub filled with mahogany charm, dbar has been renovated into a hip chic hot spot. Nested in Uphams Corner, Dorchester, we're a lively and intimate 30-seat restaurant serving brunch on the weekend and dinner at night with a full bar and outdoor patio. Our food is a celebration of the ingredients and flavors of the African diaspora connected from Asia to the Americas — global comfort food. We are proudly Black-owned, immigrant-owned, and women-owned. We believe that food is a vital aspect of community building and we envision a place that is actively engaged in highlighting the culture, art, and history of our community.
- Patio dining: patio reservations are weather-dependent and may be canceled due to inclement weather. Our patios are partially covered protecting from light to moderate rain and light wind.
- Timing: dinner's last seating is at 8:45pm and brunch's last seating is at 1:30pm. Your table is reserved for 90 mins for parties of 1-5 guests and 2 hrs for parties of 6+ guests.
