Kaffeology in Cranston is a unique restaurant offering elevated brunch plates, cocktails, and mainplates for dinner. Our focus is on fresh, quality ingredients which is why we pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen. Every dish is carefully prepared and made to order just for you. Inspired architecturally by Sedona Arizona, the interior of the space transports you out of Rhode Island and into a plant filled, desert oasis. Our brunch is served every day until 4pm with dishes such as our famous creme brulee French toast, chimichurri skirt steak platter, fried chicken eggs benny, or lemon blueberry pancakes. Our coffee is organic, single origin, and freshly roasted in Boston! The creme brulee latte and brown sugar rosemary, among many others, are made with carefully crafted syrups made in house. They opened a restaurant on Cumberland’s bustling Mendon Road with nothing to their names other than a shared dream and vision - fresh and local ingredients, prompt and friendly service, all to be had at an unbeatable value. They developed a motto and never steered away from it – “If you are not proud of it, do not serve it!”. That restaurant was the original Chelo’s Hometown Bar & Grille, and that motto can be found hanging in each of our kitchens to this very day.
While times change, our values don’t. As a third generation, family owned and operated company, our food is still made fresh in our commissary 7 days a week and delivered to each of our locations daily . Same ingredients, same recipes, same classic food that Rhode Islanders have come to know and love since our grandfathers first opened our doors nearly 70 years ago!
