We are predominantly a seafood restaurant and are very fortunate to receive our seafood direct from our fishermen, caught sustainably and dry filleted here onsite at Margaret, so we can ensure that all that love and care our wonderful fisherman have taken is seen all the way through. The menu has recently changed to include a more diverse range of Asian dishes besides the original Cantonese focus. It is a varied and interesting offering. We ate lunch today and the Peking Duck and Coral Trout was the best I have ever enjoyed. I am a student of excellence in Asian cuisine and this was the TRULY EXCEPTIONAL.
