I had emailed the restaurant asking if they could have a bottle of non alcoholic fizz to welcome us. I had forgotten to send a reminder - but I needn’t have worried! We were warmly welcomed by all the staff and the bottle cork was popped when we had sat down. Perfect! The food was delicious. Freshly cooked and beautifully presented on warm plates. Perfect. (It’s amazing how many restaurants serve food on a cold plate).
